Amanda is a Certified Health & Life Coach and Yoga Nidra Instructor with additional certifications in meditation, mindfulness, energy healing, holistic health, and holistic nutrition. Alongside her virtual coaching practice, Amanda teaches various workshops both online and in-person.
She believes that self-care is fundamental for personal growth and empathizes with the demands of busy life alongside the struggle of chronic health conditions that are all too often misunderstood and misdiagnosed. After overcoming her own chronic health issues, Amanda has expanded her teaching to include nervous system regulation as a foundational practice for true self-care. She combines her exceptional intuitive gifts and extensive education to offer a unique approach in her coaching practice and in her workshops.
When not working, Amanda enjoys her time with her husband and two children. She loves being in nature, practicing yoga, and creating healthy meals for herself and her family. Amanda believes in ongoing education and is dedicated to always improving herself.
