Attune Body Management Inc. uses a third party service called Jane to handle all booking, charting, schedule, invoicing and all other patient information. This website(www.attunebodymanagement.com) does not collect any user information that is shared with Jane App. We refer our users to the separate Jane privacy policy.

This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for Attune Body Management Inc. (www.attunebodymanagement.com). It’s important to us that we maintain the highest standards in protecting your personal information. We do not send unsolicited email (spam). Information Collection and Use

Attune Body Management Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement without your express permission or unless ordered to do so by a court of law.

 

Sharing

We do not share personally identifiable information about our clients or what they purchase with third parties. We do not share or rent our email address lists. We do not rent, sell, or giveaway our customer list to anyone, ever. Your customer information or email address will be used only by Attune Body Management Inc. and only with your permission. If you would like not to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link on the email you’ve received or by using the form on our contact page, indicating your wishes. Your name will be removed from our email newsletter list with 48 hours.

Patient Etiquette

We are accepting and welcoming of all patients from all walks of life. Our goal is to provide all of our patients with the circumstances and environment they need to heal and improve their health. An important part of this is a positive relationship with your practitioner(s) and our admin staff. We strive for a feeling of inclusivity and acceptance within the clinic in general. For these reasons we will not engage in potentially conflicting or divisive conversations (ei: politics, covid/vaccinations, gender identity or any topics/conversations of a sexual nature) with our patients. If this clinic policy is not respected there could be consequences such as ending a treatment early, being asked to leave the clinic until you can return and maintain appropriate conversations for a positive therapeutic relationship(s).

We will not tolerate abusive behavior toward any of our practitioners or administrative staff. This includes upset when cancellation fees are enforced. We expect our patients to respect our practitioners time and to treat our admin staff with kindness.

 

Billing Policy 

Patients are responsible for payment of fees, regardless of the status of their insurance coverage. For this reason, we require a credit card on file and consent to bill that credit card for any outstanding fees, including cancellation fees.

Credit card data is stored at the highest security standard – PCI Level 1. Jane App uses tokenization of cards to ensure that your credit card numbers are never at risk. Once entered into Jane, only the last 4 digits are visible.

 

Cancellation Policy

 As  sole practitioners, 100% of our income comes from our valued clients (that's you!).


When you cancel on short notice, our livelihood is jeopardized. You're also taking an appointment away from someone else who could benefit from our care.


We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, for any reason, the card on file will be charged for the full treatment cost. If you’re 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
I mean, really, for ANY REASON. This includes: Illness, injury, emergencies, alien abduction etc...


Think of your massage like a concert ticket. If you can’t make it, you either send a friend in your place or absorb the cost.
It's not a punishment; it's protection of our most valuable resource—our time.
