At Attune Body Management in Toronto, our vibrational healing sessions use sound therapy and vibrational techniques to promote relaxation, restore energy balance, and support overall wellness. Vibrational sound therapy (VST) is a holistic wellness modality that harnesses the power of sound vibrations to promote deep, healing, and balance within, mind and spirit. At its core, VST involves the use of therapeutic instrument, primarily specific therapeutic singing bowls, to generate tones and vibrations that resonate directly with the human body. Unlike traditional sound bath or general music therapy., VST is a targeted one on one practice, where bowls are placed on or near the body, creating an “inner massage” through sound waves. This induces an immediate state of calm by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which counters the body stress response.

How it works
Targeting brainwaves:
by using specific rhythms and frequencies, sound therapy can help downshift brain waves from a state of high alertness (beta) to a more relaxed state (alpha, theta or delta)
Harmonizing the body:
the resident frequencies are believed to help re-harmonize and rebalance the bodies energy fields, or “chakras” to promote a state of inner peace and well-being
Stimulating relaxation:
certain sounds can activate the bodies relaxation response, which can be beneficial for overall mental and physical health

60 Mins Prone or Supine
In a one on one Toronto Vibrational sound therapy session in the prone or supine position, you’ll lie comfortably on the table while Himalayan bowls are placed on and around your body. Soft vibrations, move through the muscles and nervous system, encouraging, deep relaxation, grounding, and a gentle release of tension.
90 Mins Flip Session
During a 90 minute flip session, you will enjoy the best of both worlds. 30 minutes spent prone then 30 minutes spent supine while Himalayan bowls are placed on and around your body. Soft vibrations move through the muscles and nervous system, encouraging, deep relaxation a gentle release of tension.
